ABOUT 4 HOURS BEFORE SERVING : IN A 4 QUART DUTCH OVEN OVER MEDIUM HEAT, IN HOT SALAD OIL, COOK GREEN PEPPERS AND ONIONS UNTIL TENDER AND LIGHTLY BROWNED. STIR IN CHILI POWDER AND COOK 1 MINUTE.
